What meds are added in the online catalog?
We add either generic or brand-name drugs in the online catalog. Branded drugs have the word “Brand” in the drug name.
What is the ordering procedure of Secure Tabs?
Our company works out the easiest ordering procedure. It includes several steps: choose the product, add it to the shopping cart, proceed to the checkout, fill out the form and submit the order.
Do you require a prescription?
Our medications are divided into RX and OTC. If you opt for RX medications, you have to send us your prescription. Then, we will process your order and dispense it.
What shipping rates do you have?
All the shipping rates and terms and specified in the shopping cart. When adding the product, you will see how much you have to pay for the chosen delivery option. We also offer free shipping options if you buy meds for over $200.00 or $300.00 – regular or express, respectively.
What countries you ship in?
We ship all over the world. The fee is fixed irrespective of living residence.
How do you send orders?
Our customers feel confident. We keep customers’ data well. We use special protocols to protect the data from unlegalized access. We send parcels confidentially. There is no label what is inside the parcel.
What if the package is lost, damaged or some items are missing?
If you have found something wrong happens with your parcel, please address our customer care department. They will explain to you what options you are eligible to: refund or reshipemtn free of charge.
What shipping options do you offer?
Currently, Secure Tabs brings parcels through two shipping options: Trackable Courier Service (5 – 9 days) and Airmail service (14 – 21 days). Tracking is available only when you choose an express delivery.
What if I still haven’t received my order?
If such a situation takes place, first, you need to check up the maximum delivery term. Maximum regular term is 30 business. Maximum express delivery term is 14 business days. If all the terms are over, please, contact our customer care department. There are cases when orders are delayed at the custom for detailed examination.
What payment options do you have?
We accept the credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, AMEX, JCB. E-Checks is one more option to pay for an online order from Secure Tabs.
How can I check the status of my order?
Tracking option is available only when using Express delivery. If your order is brought by Regular delivery, wait for the maximum term (described above). If the order has not come, please, contact our customer care service.
